Property and Cancelation Policies :

Cancelations must be received 30 days before the date of your stay for a full refund of your deposit, 50% forfeit after the 30 days, 100% forfeit within 10 days of the date of your stay.

No Shows will result in 100% forfeit of deposit AND we reserve the right to charge a $50 cancelation fee per cabin reserved, per night.

Absolutely no refunds for early departures.

MUST BE 25 YEARS OF AGE TO RENT CABINS.



Terms and Conditions

MINIMUM 2 NIGHT STAY,   CHECK IN 2:00 PM – CHECK OUT 10:00 AM. If you choose to stay past 10 am without prior approval, we reserve the right to charge an additional $45 per half hour past 10am with an additional night stay being charged if you are still here after 12pm.Early and late check outs are allowed if we can accommodate them AND have been preapproved in advance.  MUST BE 25 YEARS OF AGE TO RENT WITH LAKE WISCONSIN RESORT. Please leave linens (bed linens, kitchen towels, and bath mats) in their original locations. Any stained or missing linen will be charged to your account. Day visitors are welcome but please contact the office to help you find the appropriate guest parking areas. Non -disclosure of extra overnight guests will result in immediate eviction without refund. Over night campers, tents, motorhomes, conversion van sleepers, etc. are not permitted on premises. Parking is provided next to your cabin. No parking in bar parking lots.  NO SMOKING IN ANY CABINS. ALL CABINS ARE NOT PET FRIENDLY. Pet friendly cabins require a signed pet contract. It requires an additional fee of $30 per pet per night. Pets are limited to 25 pounds and two pets per cabin. If you bring a pet into a cabin that is not pet friendly, smoke in any of our cabins, cause damages, or excessive cleaning needs, we reserve the right to charge a $250 cleaning fee to your account.  Please use the appropriate recycle or garbage cans in your cabins. Guests are required to take all garbage and recyclables at the end of your stay  to the dumpsters located behind cabin 1 by the garage. Garbage is on the left and recycling  on the right. Absolutely no burning of garbage or food in fire pits. Minors are NOT to be left unattended in cabins or on the resort grounds without adult supervision. We are not responsible for any loss or theft of your property. A $250 cleaning fee will be charged  plus cost of replacement of fire extinguisher if used for any purpose except a fire emergency. Quieter time is 10:30 PM. Fish are not to be cleaned in cabins. Please use the fish cleaning hut by the garage and following instructions posted to dispose of remains. Boats are not to be left tied to the piers overnight. You will be responsible for any and all damage to piers. Campfires are allowed but remember they are your responsibility. Please be safe and also check prior to your fire if there are any burn bans in place. WE HAVE A ZERO TOLERANCE DRUG POLICY ON OUR PROPERTY. failure to comply will result in your immediate eviction.

PET POLICY

Cabins 4-7 are pet friendly!


WE ALLOW DOGS/CATS TO SHARE THE CABINS OF REGISTERED GUESTS ACCORDING TO THE RULES SET FORTH BELOW. IF THERE IS ANY CONFLICT BETWEEN OUR PET POLICY AND STATE OR LOCAL LAWS, THE LAW WILL PREVAIL. TO BE ELIGIBLE TO STAY IN THE ROOM OF A REGISTERED GUEST, A PET MUST BE THE PERSONAL PROPERTY OF THE GUEST AND MUST ADHERE TO THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS:


  • CHARGE: THERE IS AN EXTRA $30.00 CHARGE PER PET PER NIGHT AND/OR AN EXTRA $180.00 CHARGE PER PET PER WEEK.
  • DANGER: THE PET MUST POSE NO DANGER TO GUESTS OR ASSOCIATES.
  • LEASH RULE: ACCORDINGLY, PETS MUST BE ON A LEASH AT ALL TIMES WHEN IN PUBLIC AREAS OR ON RESORT GROUNDS.
  • UNATTENDED PETS: PETS MAY NOT BE LEFT UNATTENDED AT ANY TIME IN ROOMS, ON PROPERTY, IN VEHICLES IN THE PARKING LOT, OR CHAINED UNATTENDED ON GROUNDS.
  • NUMBER/SIZE: NO MORE THAN TWO PETS ARE PERMITTED IN THE ROOM.  ABSOLUTELY NO PETS ARE ALLOWED IN ONE BEDROOM COTTAGES. DOGS MUST BE LESS THAN 25 LBS.
  • HEALTH: PETS MUST BE FULLY VACCINATED AND IN GOOD HEALTH, FREE OF ANY PARASITES, INCLUDING TICKS OR FLEAS.
  • DAMAGE: ANY DAMAGE CAUSED BY PETS MUST BE RPORTED TO RESORT IMMEDIATELY SO PROPER ACTION CAN BE TAKEN TO AVOID INCONVENIENCE TO OTHER GUESTS. PET ACCIDENTS IN CABIN WILL INCUR A MINIMUM $100.00 CLEANING FEE.
  • EXCREMENT: GUEST(S) IS RESPONSIBLE FOR THE PROPER DISPOSAL OF ANY WASTE/EXCRETION PRODUCED BY GUEST’S OWN PET ON RESORT GROUNDS. 


IT IS PROHIBITED TO FLUSH WASTE DOWN COTTAGE TOILETS!! 
Please bag excrement good and dispose of in dumpster in parking lot or put in freezer in fish cleaning hut.


IF YOU DO NOT CLEAN UP AFTER YOUR PET ON OR AROUND RESORT PROPERTY YOU WILL BE CHARGED A MINIMUM CLEAN UP FEE OF $50.00


  • LIABILITY: THE PET OWNER/GUEST IS LIABLE FOR ANY/ALL DAMAGE AND PERSONAL INJURY CAUSED BY THE PET. AND ANY MONETARY DAMAGES PURSUANT.
  • SUITABILITY: WE WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR THE HEALTH, SAFETY OR WELFARE OF PETS STAYING ON RESORT PROPERTY.
  • CHECK-OUT: RESORT RESERVED THE RIGHT TO INSPECT COTTAGE BEFORE DEPARTURE OF GUEST.
  • FAILURE TO COMPLY: FAILURE TO COMPLY WITH ALL ABOVE LISTED  REGULATIONS MAY RESULT IN ADDITIONAL CHARGES, EVICTION, AND JUDICIAL PURSUIT, WITH NO MONEY REFUNDED.
